At Akeso Care Management, we are committed to earning your trust by respecting and protecting the privacy of your information at all times. Here’s how Akeso Care Management gathers, uses and safeguards information about you when you visit us online.

The information we collect about you may include:

You have a choice of whether to receive marketing offers.
  • You may request that we remove your name from our internal e-mail and direct mail marketing lists.
  • You may request that we remove your name from our internal telemarketing lists.
You can call (866) 243-7524 to notify us about your choices regarding marketing offers. Or, for e-mail offers, when you receive an e-mail offer, you may request to discontinue receiving such offers by simply replying to the e-mail with the word REMOVE in the subject line. All e-mail offers from us will inform you of how to decline receiving further e-mail offers. Please note: it may take six to eight weeks to make your choices fully effective.

How we secure your information through encryption technology
We realize the importance of securing your information, so we have physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in place to enhance the safety of information about you that is collected on our Web site and sent via the Internet, including credit account information and checking account information.

In particular, we require that a "secure session” first be established, using an Internet method know as Secure Socket Layers (SSL). How we use cookies

However, we use cookies to collect information about how our site is used. Our service automatically tracks your IP address, browser version and pages visited. Cookies cannot be used to reveal your e-mail address from your hard drive, pass on computer viruses or learn confidential or personal information about you that you have not already expressly revealed.

Please note: if you have chosen to disable cookies on your browser, you will not be able to log into the secure area of our Web site. This is because we use cookies to store and remember your User ID, password and e-mail address in order to recognize you when you return to our Web site.
