- 01/1996 - International Claims Managers (ICM) incorporated to provide Medical Management Services to the international and domestic medical insurance business of its parent company, International Medical Group®, Inc.
- 02/2003 - Began providing services to non-IMG external clients
- 04/2003 - Received two-year full URAC accreditation
- 05/2003 - Changed name from ICM to Akeso Care Management®
- 01/2004 - Family Matters® Maternity Program implemented
- 03/2004 - Claim review services introduced
- 04/2005 - Received two-year full URAC accreditation
- 07/2005 - ACM Disease Management program implemented
- 08/2005 - International Provider AccessSM network introduced
- 04/2007 - Received full URAC accreditation (three-year option)
